Key Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends, data, and economic events, and use quantitative tools and models to predict market trends.
- Manage transaction risks and ensure compliance with the risk management strategies set by the company.
- Collaborate with the technical team to continuously optimize trading algorithms and tools.
- Prepare trading reports, analyze trading results, and provide feedback and strategy adjustment suggestions to the team.
- Track the latest industry developments and technological innovations to maintain the company's competitive advantage in the industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trading, market analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical tools and models.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
