Job Description
This role serves as the key support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. The position requires a high level of organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's schedule, including meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Organize and archive important documents, contracts, and materials
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Track progress of key company projects, break down tasks, and drive execution to completion
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication (operations/technology/marketing/finance) to achieve objectives
- Compile critical data and information for regular reporting to the General Manager
- Assist in connecting with Web3 resources including partners, project teams, exchanges, and KOLs
- Participate in business meetings, summarize key points, and track action items
- Prepare business materials, project proposals, and presentation documents
Job Requirements
- Must have prior experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior management
- Familiarity with Web3 industry fundamentals (project teams/exchanges/communities/marketing/airdrops/liquidity, etc.)
- Strong execution capability with independent task management and completion awareness
- Excellent communication skills for both internal coordination and external business relations
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality awareness, and job stability
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Willingness to travel as required
