职位: Community Management and Business Development Manager | 时间段: 21st Feb 2022 – Current | 工作内容: Community Management: - Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. - Lead the local team to build up networks, communities, and business development. - Undertake daily administrative tasks. - Marketing and promotion: align with the global marketing plan, localized the content, build relationship with KOLs and organize local social campaign monthly. - Setup up of AMA on Twitter Spaces and Discord server. - Hosting of AMA on Twitter Spaces and Discord server with Voice or Text. - Setup up of Bots on Discord and Telegram. - Create different community events. - Tested on Ai tools to create videos for marketing. - Help to create and manage project’s community space on DeGame.com. - Planning and executing of campaigns. Business Development: - Approach different companies and do research on the companies. - Performed many presentations to potential clients. - Connected to more than 100 different Web3 projects. - Conduct market research, deal sourcing of guilds, games, and public chain to cooperate with the company. - Arrange meetings with projects, guilds, and scholars. - Sealed partnerships and collaborations with different companies for different services that are provided. - Attend networking sessions both online and offline. - Market of new services to current and new customers/projects. - Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Others: - Host and manage Online and Offline events.
