Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Recruiter to join our team. You will play a key role in attracting top talent across various functions to support our company's growth in the Web3 industry. This position requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting positions including technology, operations, marketing, and business development according to the company's business development needs
- Work closely with the hiring department, gain a deep understanding of job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies
- Actively search and screen candidates through various channels (including LinkedIn, web3 job boards, Telegram groups, headhunters, etc.)
- Responsible for candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up
- Participate in optimizing recruitment processes and talent pool construction to improve recruitment efficiency
- Pay attention to the talent dynamics in the Web3 industry, regularly analyze and output industry talent portraits
- Represent the company in online and offline recruitment activities and establish an employer brand
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Web3/blockchain or tech industry
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates
- Strong understanding of various recruitment channels and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for the Web3 industry and understanding of its talent landscape
- Experience in employer branding is a plus
- Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
