Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user growth modules and platform operation tools, and develop comprehensive product plans.
• Deeply understand business requirements to design user growth paths, lifecycle management, and interaction mechanisms to enhance user retention and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement strategies, including platform operation tool configurations, automated operations, and data analysis functionalities.
• Establish a robust user behavior data analysis system to support data-driven decision-making, continuously improving user experience and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation of product requirements and achievement of business objectives.
• Lead the product development lifecycle for user growth and platform operation tools.
• Design and optimize user engagement strategies to maximize retention and conversion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
• Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure alignment between product strategies and overall business goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in internet or platform-based products.
• Proven experience in user growth strategies, data analysis, and operational tool design, with a deep understanding of user lifecycle management.
• Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, capable of independently developing and implementing product solutions.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in To C business or marketing automation products.
• Fluent in Chinese.
