Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in Web3 and DeFi to help drive the next generation of decentralized financial applications. This is a unique opportunity to help shape products at the intersection of financial innovation, smart contract automation, and user-centric design. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and engaging directly with users across the decentralized finance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Product Vision & Strategy - Define and articulate the product vision, long-term roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with company goals.
- Lead Full Product Lifecycle - Drive the development process from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Define & Prioritize Requirements - Translate user needs and business goals into clear product specifications and prioritize development tasks based on impact and feasibility.
- User & Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with users (including DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, and asset managers) to gather feedback, validate concepts, and support adoption.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization - Analyze product usage and performance data to inform decisions and optimize for growth, retention, and user satisfaction.
- Market Awareness - Stay informed on the evolving DeFi and crypto landscape. Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to drive product differentiation.
