Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of business systems through proactive maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can identify potential risks and optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of business systems, timely response, positioning, and handling of various production issues
- Proactively identify problems and hidden dangers in the business system, and promptly provide rational suggestions for optimizing system functions
- Ability to use tools such as host monitoring and log analysis to locate complex problems
- Responsible for writing various operation and maintenance documents and related technical documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in system operation and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and log analysis techniques
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages
- Certifications in relevant technologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
