Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing team as a Community Moderator. Due to the significant increase in membership within our Korean and Mandarin-speaking communities, we are seeking dedicated individuals to help maintain and nurture these vibrant online spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate community discussions in Korean and/or Mandarin
- Ensure community guidelines are followed by all members
- Facilitate positive engagement and resolve conflicts when necessary
- Help new members navigate and participate in the community
- Report technical issues and community concerns to the management team
- Assist in organizing community events and activities
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and/or Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community management or moderation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Korean/Chinese online communities
- Available to dedicate at least 10-15 hours per week
