본 포지션은 Crypto 업계의 해외 시장 확장에 중점을 두며, 글로벌 거래소, 기관 투자자, 업계 생태계 파트너와의 심층적인 협력 관계 구축 및 유지를 핵심적으로 담당합니다. 암호화폐(Token)의 거래소 상장 전 과정을 주도하며, 해외 시장 성장 기회를 발굴하여 회사 비즈니스의 국제적 규모 구현과 브랜드 확산을 지원합니다.
This role focuses on overseas market expansion in the Crypto industry. It is primarily responsible for building and maintaining in-depth cooperative relationships with global exchanges, institutional investors, and industry ecosystem partners, leading the end-to-end process of token listing on exchanges, while exploring overseas market growth opportunities to support the large-scale implementation of the company's business and brand penetration in the international market.

1. 해외 거래소 협력 관리: 글로벌 주요 및 잠재력 있는 암호화폐 거래소(예: Binance, Coinbase, OKX 등)와의 협력을 담당하며, Token 상장 전 과정(신청 자료 준비, 규정 준수 커뮤니케이션, 상장 협상, 상장 후 운영 조정)을 주도하여 상장 목표의 효율적 달성을 보장합니다.
Overseas Exchange Partnership Management: Connect with mainstream and potential global crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX), lead the end-to-end token listing process (including preparation of application materials, compliance communication, listing negotiations, and post-listing operation coordination) to ensure the efficient achievement of listing goals.
2. 해외 비즈니스 관계 확장: 해외 시장 BD 전략을 수립하고, 거래소, 시장 조성사, 블록체인 프로젝트, 업계 협회 등 생태계 파트너 자원을 적극적으로 발굴 및 확장하여 장기적이고 안정적인 협력 네트워크를 구축하며, 비즈니스 확장을 위한 자원 지원을 제공합니다.
Overseas Business Relationship Expansion: Develop overseas market BD strategies, proactively explore and expand ecosystem partner resources such as exchanges, market makers, blockchain project parties, and industry associations, and establish a long-term and stable cooperation network to provide resource support for business expansion.
3. 시장 수요 및 경쟁사 분석: 해외 Crypto 시장 동향, 정책 및 규제 변화, 경쟁사 움직임(특히 경쟁사 상장 전략 및 협력 모델)을 추적하여 분석 보고서를 작성하며, 회사의 제품 개선, 상장 결정 및 BD 전략 최적화를 위한 데이터 지원을 제공합니다.
Market Demand & Competitor Analysis: Track overseas Crypto market trends, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor actions (especially competitor listing strategies and cooperation models), output analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's product iteration, listing decisions, and BD strategy optimization.
4. 부서 간 협력 추진: 내부 기술, 규정 준수, 운영, 마케팅 팀과 협력하여 상장 과정에서의 기술 연동, 규정 준수 검토, 상장 홍보 등의 단계가 원활하게 연결되도록 하며, 협력 과정에서 발생하는 부서 간 문제를 해결합니다.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal technical, compliance, operation, and marketing teams to ensure efficient connection of links such as technical docking, compliance review, and launch promotion during the listing process, and solve cross-departmental issues in cooperation.
5. 비즈니스 협상 및 계약 관리: 해외 파트너와의 비즈니스 협상(협력 조건, 수수료 구조, 권리 및 의무 정의 등)을 담당하며, 협력 계약서를 작성 및 검토하여 회사의 권익을 보호하고 협력 리스크를 최소화합니다.
Business Negotiation & Contract Management: Conduct business negotiations with overseas partners (including cooperation terms, fee structure, definition of rights and obligations, etc.), draft and review cooperation agreements to protect the company's rights and interests and reduce cooperation risks.

요구 사항 (Requirements):
1. 학력 및 경력: 학사 학위 이상, Crypto/블록체인 업계에서 3년 이상의 해외 BD 경험 보유, 최소 1~2개의 완전한 Token 거래소 상장 프로젝트 주도 경험(검증 가능한 사례 필요), 주요 거래소 상장 규칙(예: Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria 등)에 익숙해야 합니다.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of overseas BD experience in the Crypto/blockchain industry. At least led 1-2 complete token listing projects on exchanges (verifiable cases required), familiar with listing rules of mainstream exchanges (e.g., Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria).
2. 자원 및 능력: 글로벌 주요 거래소(상위 및 2선), 시장 조성사, 해외 기관 고객 등 핵심 자원을 보유한 자 우대; 탁월한 문화 간 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 비즈니스 협상 기술, 영어를 업무 언어로 유창하게 사용 가능(듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기)해야 합니다.
Resources & Abilities: Priority given to candidates with core resources such as global mainstream exchanges (top-tier and second-tier), market makers, and overseas institutional clients; excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business negotiation skills, proficient in using English as the working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Professional Cognition: Deep understanding of the Crypto industry ecosystem (including public chains, DeFi, NFT, Web3 and other segments), familiar with overseas Crypto regulatory policies (e.g., US SEC, EU MiCA regulations), and able to accurately judge market risks and cooperation opportunities.

Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of goal and execution ability, able to adapt to cross-time zone collaboration in overseas markets, strong pressure resistance, and priority given to candidates with work experience in startup teams.
5. 중국어, 영어, 한국어를 업무 언어로 사용 가능(한국어 능통자 가산점)
