Job Description
Report directly to the business leader. Responsible for introducing high-quality crypto assets to the trading platform. Manage and identify high-potential projects, establishing listing partnerships. Drive business growth through industry research, due diligence, client acquisition, and retention, collaborating with the team to achieve strategic goals.
Conduct in-depth research on key sectors and companies in the crypto industry, identifying trends and changes to support listing efforts. Build trust with potential listing projects through data analysis, information gathering, cold calls, and online communication.
Attend industry events and conferences, leveraging networks to source and onboard premium crypto assets. Understand and support project needs, strengthening client relationships and exploring new opportunities. Achieve quarterly listing KPIs and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of US cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (professional proficiency)
- 3+ years experience in crypto asset listing
- Existing network of 30+ project teams
- Track record of successfully listing 5+ crypto assets
- Startup or crypto project team experience
