Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for independently completing complex system analysis, design, and development tasks while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. This role involves providing forward-thinking technical designs for new products and business initiatives to ensure system scalability. The position requires active participation in agile iterative development processes within the technical team. Additionally, the candidate will conduct code reviews to maintain code accuracy and contribute to building foundational business systems that prioritize security, reliability, and stability.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in Java technology stack and design patterns
- Proficiency with Spring frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
- Experience with Kafka and related messaging technologies
- Strong passion for technology and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferred: Experience in fintech industry or risk control systems
- Preferred: Experience designing risk control system architectures
