Job Description
Drama3 specializes in integrating content, IP, and on-chain assetization, combining entertainment content, fan engagement, financial mechanisms, and blockchain technology to create a new Web3 ecosystem. We are seeking a Product Manager with hands-on experience in on-chain applications and sharp insights into the Crypto ecosystem to join our core team. Together, we will drive the platform's development in prediction markets, Meme incentives, and RWA tokenization. ***Remote work is not accepted.***
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Drama3's core Web3 product lines, including prediction markets, Meme gameplay, DeFi incentives, and RWA derivative modules.
- Monitor and research the Crypto ecosystem, identifying emerging protocols and trends within Solana, Ethereum, and other major chains.
- Prepare PRD documents and coordinate with R&D, design, and operations teams to ensure rapid product deployment and iterative improvements.
- Analyze on-chain data and user behavior to continuously optimize product experience and incentive structures.
- Participate in product governance, community co-building, and beta testing feedback to foster symbiotic growth between the product and its users.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager with a background in Crypto/Web3.
- Active on-chain user (not just trading), familiar with wallet interactions, on-chain asset management, and protocol logic.
- Deep understanding of DeFi mechanisms (AMM, LP, yield aggregation, derivatives, etc.).
- Experience researching or using prediction markets (e.g., Polymarket, Zeitgeist).
- Knowledge of RWA tokenization mechanisms and Meme financial narratives.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, capable of reading technical documentation and collaborating with international teams.
- Highly self-motivated, able to drive projects independently in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone, and agile team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Solana/Ethereum ecosystem products and protocols.
- Experience building products from 0→1 or working in early-stage startups.
- Design expertise in tokenomics, trading mechanisms, or incentive systems.
- Token/listed company equity incentives and core team membership.
