Job Description
Continuously optimize product user experience and performance to ensure stability and consistency across multiple devices and browsers. Responsible for front-end development and implementation of product features, collaborating with back-end teams for API integration, and promoting cross-team cooperation. Participate in front-end component library development, maintain technical documentation, and promote code standardization and modularization. Engage in other foundational tool development such as toolchains and performance monitoring to enhance team efficiency. Under guidance from superiors, resolve technical challenges during development to ensure project delivery quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop front-end features and coordinate with back-end teams
- Contribute to component library development and documentation
- Improve development tools and monitoring systems
- Tackle technical challenges under supervision
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) with solid CS fundamentals
- Deep understanding of at least one mainstream front-end framework (React/Vue/Angular)
- Experience in front-end performance optimization and cross-browser development
- Familiar with build tools like Webpack/Vite
- Strong TypeScript experience
- Experience in responsive web/PWA development
- Node.js and SSR knowledge preferred
- Experience:
- 3+ years front-end development experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in large/medium project technical planning preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to UX details and quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus Points:
- Component library development experience
- Open-source contributions or technical blogging
- UX design understanding
- Micro-frontend/SSR experience
- Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies
- Node.js development experience
