Job Description
1- Comprehensive Community Management: Fully responsible for the daily operations of core communities in Japan (Telegram, Discord, Line, and local social media platforms), using Japanese as the primary communication language to build an active and professional community atmosphere, enhancing user awareness and engagement with edgeX DEX products (such as perpetual contracts, on-chain trading, etc.).
2- Professional Content Translation and Localization: Accurately translate product-related content, including but not limited to feature descriptions, operation tutorials, event rules, and announcement copy, ensuring precise Japanese expressions for professional terms like "margin mechanism" and "liquidation risk" that align with Japanese user habits; simultaneously adapt content for local reading preferences.
3- Event Planning and Execution: Independently plan and execute diverse community activities (e.g., trading challenges, product feature AMAs, industry topic discussions) tailored to Japanese market characteristics and user behavior, boosting daily activity, interaction rates, and platform transaction conversions, with regular post-event reviews and strategy optimizations.
4- User Feedback Collection and Communication: Deeply analyze community user feedback on product features and operational activities, compiling bilingual (Japanese/Chinese) reports weekly to share with product and operations teams, driving demand conversion and product iteration.
5- Public Sentiment Monitoring and Brand Maintenance: Monitor community dynamics in real-time, promptly identifying and addressing potential disputes and negative sentiments through professional Japanese communication; cultivate core users and opinion leaders to expand brand influence and reputation in the Japanese market.
6- Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously track community strategies, user feedback, and market trends of local DEX and contract platforms in Japan, producing monthly Japanese/Chinese analysis reports to propose differentiated operational recommendations, aiding the team in formulating localized development strategies.
Job Requirements
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with strong Chinese skills for effective team collaboration and excellent cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and DEX core logic (e.g., AMM mechanisms, perpetual contract rules), with 1+ years of community operations experience in the cryptocurrency industry and knowledge of Japan's crypto market ecosystem and regulatory environment.
- Professional translation skills to accurately translate product terminology and operational content, ensuring accuracy and localization. Experience in planning and executing community activities, capable of independently managing events from design to post-mortem, with proven success in boosting community engagement and user conversion.
- Strong user insight and market awareness, with high execution flexibility to quickly respond to community needs and adjust strategies. Proficiency in English is a plus for collaborating with international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Japanese communities on Telegram/Discord/Line, understanding local social habits and communication preferences.
- Prior involvement in Japanese localization for blockchain products, familiar with standard industry terminology.
- Deep understanding of perpetual contracts and on-chain trading logic, able to provide professional content interpretations alongside translations.
- Existing relationships with Japanese crypto KOLs or collaboration experience to amplify community influence.
- Data analysis skills to identify operational issues and propose optimizations.
