Job Description

As a Senior Campaigns Manager (Payments), you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of product and vertical-focused marketing campaigns. Your role will encompass budgeting, measuring, and optimizing ROI while overseeing each campaign's plans and execution. This includes managing webinars, digital advertising, virtual events, and email campaigns. You will define and implement inbound and outbound programs tailored to product-focused pipeline growth, leveraging team resources to drive creative and messaging strategies, as well as SEO and paid digital program execution.

Additionally, you will enable regional marketers globally to launch campaigns and events, set goals for all programs, and track results from awareness through demand generation. Your responsibilities will also include measuring program success, reporting metrics to stakeholders and GTM teams, and recommending optimizations for future campaign cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product and vertical-focused marketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets, measure performance, and optimize ROI
  • Oversee campaign execution, including webinars, digital ads, virtual events, and email campaigns
  • Design inbound and outbound programs for pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with teams to drive creative, messaging, SEO, and paid digital strategies
  • Support regional marketers in launching campaigns and events
  • Set program goals, track results, and report metrics to stakeholders
  • Analyze data to recommend improvements for future campaigns
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation or campaign marketing
  • Strong background in campaign development and program execution
  • At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry
  • Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment
  • Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in presenting program strategies and incorporating stakeholder feedback
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for impacting revenue goals
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach)
  • Hands-on, curious, and open to exploring new ideas and tools
  • Strong prioritization and independent decision-making skills
