Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for platform traffic growth and conversion path construction, including user onboarding, community engagement mechanisms, and external traffic coordination.
• Daily operation of Twitter (X) accounts: content planning, trending participation, community collaboration, and growth interaction.
• Assist in building Telegram/Discord community atmosphere, managing core users, project teams, and participants.
• Plan and execute platform activities (e.g., airdrop tasks, referral incentives, heat ranking votes).
• Lead Space (Twitter live) event planning and hosting coordination, including topic setting, guest invitations, and pacing control.
• Participate in project launch coordination, aligning content promotion and operational pacing with launch schedules.
• Compile operational data and analyze key growth metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Web3 community ecosystems and understanding of Launchpad/DEX/airdrop mechanisms.
• Proven experience in successfully managing Launchpad project communities or Twitter accounts, with ability to independently plan and execute content.
• Experience organizing online Space/community AMA/campaign events, with strong topic planning and moderation skills.
• Flexible and innovative mindset, capable of quickly designing engagement mechanisms based on trending topics.
• Ability to independently structure communities (roles, rules, incentives) and drive growth.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills, with a keen sense of memes, X trends, and community culture.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion/Airtable/Telegram Bot is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is preferred.
