베트남 CFD/외환 비즈니스 매니저(Vietnam CFD/Forex BD)
【주요 업무】
- 외환 및 차액결제거래(CFD) 분야의 소개중개업자(IB), 기관 파트너 및 전문 트레이딩 팀을 확보 및 관리하여 장기적인 협력 관계를 구축합니다.
- 전통 금융 고객이 Web3 트레이딩 메커니즘과 장점을 이해할 수 있도록 지원하며, 전문적인 온보딩 가이드 및 전환 솔루션을 제공합니다.
- 협력 채널의 일상적인 관리 및 서비스를 담당하며, 고객의 트레이딩 과정에서 발생하는 핵심 요구사항과 문의에 신속히 대응하여 장기적이고 안정적인 비즈니스 관계를 구축합니다.
- 전통 외환 플랫폼 및 경쟁사의 시장 동향과 정책 변화를 수집 및 분석하여, 팀이 현행 비즈니스 정책과 IB 수익 분배 체계를 최적화하는 데 필요한 시장 정보를 제공합니다.
- 비즈니스 전환 지표 및 진행 상황을 추적 및 기록하며, 정기적으로 채널 리뷰와 업무 보고를 수행하여 팀이 단계별 비즈니스 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 지원합니다.
【Responsibilities】
- Responsible for developing and managing Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional partners, and professional trading teams in the Forex and CFD markets to establish long-term collaborative relationships.
- Assist traditional finance clients in understanding Web3 trading mechanisms. Provide professional onboarding guidance and smooth transition.
- Maintain day-to-day communication and service for partnered channels. Promptly address and resolve clients' core concerns during their trading journey to build long-term, stable business relationships.
- Monitor market trends, policy shifts, and competitor activities within the traditional Forex and DeFi landscape. Provide frontline feedback to help the team optimize commercial policies and IB commission structures.
- Track and record business conversion metrics and progress. Conduct regular channel reviews and pipeline reporting to assist the team in hitting phased business targets.

- 베트남 또는 기타 국제 시장에서 CFD, 외환 플랫폼 또는 전통 증권사 파생상품 관련 비즈니스 개발(BD), 채널 영업 또는 고객 관계 관리 경험이 있어야 합니다.
- 외환 및 증권 업계의 비즈니스 운영 논리에 익숙하며, IB 비즈니스 모델, 트레이딩 기본 프로세스 및 시장 주류 수수료/수익 분배 구조를 이해하고 있어야 합니다.
- 탄탄한 고객 개발 실행력과 우수한 커뮤니케이션/협상 기술을 보유하며, 논리적 사고를 바탕으로 독립적으로 비즈니스 제안 및 초기 협상을 진행할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 개방적인 마인드와 강한 학습 능력을 갖추고, Web3, DeFi 및 암호화폐 업계에 대한 깊은 관심이 있으며, 온체인 트레이딩의 기본 개념을 빠르게 습득할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 비즈니스 영어(또는 기타 언어)로 원활한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션이 가능하며, 어느 정도의 업무 압박을 견딜 수 있어야 합니다.
【우대 사항】
암호화폐(Crypto) 업계에 대한 기본적인 이해가 있거나, DeFi 제품 및 온체인 지갑 실무 경험이 있는 경우 우대합니다.
【Requirements】
- Possess experience in business development (BD), channel sales, or client relationship management related to CFD/Forex platforms or derivatives at traditional brokerages, specifically in Vietnam or other international markets.
- Familiar with the commercial operations of the Forex/brokerage industry. Solid understanding of the IB business model, trading workflows, and mainstream commission/rebate structures.
- Strong execution skills in client acquisition and excellent negotiation abilities. Clear logical thinker capable of independently conducting business pitches and initial meetings.
- Open-minded with a strong learning agility. Genuine interest in Web3, DeFi, and the crypto industry, with the ability to quickly grasp fundamental on-chain trading concepts.
- Proficient in business English (or other languages) for written and verbal communication, and capable of handling work pressure.
【Nice to Have】
Basic understanding of the Crypto industry, or hands-on experience with DeFi products and on-chain wallets.
