Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Formulate and implement business expansion plans including partner development, marketing campaigns, and brand collaborations
• Resource Management: Leverage existing industry connections to establish and maintain relationships with exchanges, media outlets, investment institutions, and KOLs
• Partnership Negotiation: Conduct business discussions and negotiations with potential partners to facilitate overseas project implementation and uncover commercial opportunities
• Event Management: Plan and execute various online/offline events, salons, and conferences in collaboration with marketing/operations teams to enhance brand visibility
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and technical teams to align business solutions with project timelines

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience, with at least 1 year in blockchain or Web3 projects
• Fluent English communication skills (additional languages preferred)
• Established Web3 network, particularly in NFT, inscriptions, and Meme sectors
• Strong negotiation skills and external communication capabilities
• Deep understanding of blockchain industry trends and Web3 market dynamics
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and project management skills
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Female candidates and those with strong presentation skills are preferred
