Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with crypto quantitative institutions to establish strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly tasks.
• Represent the company to expand industry channels and foster long-term collaborations.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.
• Monitor local industry trends and competitor activities to formulate actionable strategies.
• Enhance the platform's reputation and establish a positive market image.

Detailed Duties

• Identify and engage potential crypto quantitative institutions for business opportunities.
• Manage and execute partnership agreements and collaborations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to the team for strategic decision-making.
• Organize and participate in industry events to promote the company's brand and services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in the crypto industry, with extensive quantitative institution resources.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of successful business cases or performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource conversion skills; passionate about the industry and actively engaged in related events.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese for business negotiations, both written and verbal.
• Ability to initially focus on quantitative clients and later expand to diverse project clients.
