职位: Blockchain Engineer | 时间段: 3 years | 工作内容: Architect and design DeFi and trading protocols, including core infrastructure and on-chain components. Drive key technical decisions related to smart contracts, protocol upgrades, and scalability enhancements. Review codebases, enforce best practices for security and performance, and mentor engineering team members. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on blockchain development standards. Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts (preferably on EVM-compatible chains). Build and optimize core DeFi components such as DEXs, AMMs, liquidity pools, and trading systems (spot, derivatives, perps). Design and implement staking, rewards, and incentive mechanisms. Optimize gas efficiency and on-chain performance for high throughput and low latency.
