We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wallet Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of our wallet system, ensuring it meets both business requirements and security standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to design and implement a wallet system that meets both business requirements and security standards.
- Guide the team in understanding the technology of new blockchain chains and their wallet-related implementations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize existing wallet services to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Efficiently respond to and quickly locate issues related to wallet services, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wallet solutions with other systems and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain and wallet technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing wallet systems, preferably in a blockchain environment.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Solidity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-chain wallet implementations and interoperability solutions.
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and smart contract development.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital wallets.
