Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual design solutions for global product branding, covering both digital and physical mediums including websites, social media, packaging, and event materials.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive visual projects, demonstrating strong creative execution and systematization capabilities in brand design.
 - Conduct in-depth research on international design trends and consumer preferences, while maintaining a deep understanding of brand logic and core product values.
 - Lead the creation of visual design systems that align with brand strategy, ensuring scalability and adaptability across different markets and platforms.
 - Monitor and analyze the performance of visual assets post-launch, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing data-driven adjustments.
 - Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to propose innovative visual concepts for product development, IP expansion, and brand marketing campaigns.
 - Ensure visual deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines, while maintaining a balance between creativity and commercial viability.
 - Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to execute visual projects on time and within budget, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
 - Stay updated on emerging design technologies and tools, continuously improving visual production efficiency and creative output quality.
 - Document visual design processes and deliverables to ensure knowledge transfer and team alignment with brand visual standards.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in brand visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing international design projects and cross-platform visual solutions.
 - Excellent proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for creating high-quality visual assets.
 - Strong understanding of brand strategy, including brand positioning, visual hierarchy, and color theory application across different cultures.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills to convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
 - Fluency in English and at least one additional language to support international project collaboration and client communication.
 - Attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics, ensuring visual designs meet brand standards and user experience requirements.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills to address visual design challenges while maintaining brand consistency and creative integrity.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
 - Knowledge of design trends and user behavior analysis to create visually compelling and culturally relevant designs.
 - Experience with digital asset management systems and version control practices to ensure efficient workflow and brand consistency.
