Job Description
We are seeking a skilled User Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing conversion funnels and enhancing user lifetime value across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user growth initiatives by implementing precision marketing techniques (user segmentation, A/B testing) to optimize key conversion metrics including registration, KYC, first deposit, and initial transactions
- Design and execute incentive programs such as referral rewards, trading mining campaigns, first-trade promotions, and deposit bonuses to maximize user LTV
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, and business development teams to leverage internal/external resources and achieve business objectives
- Develop rapid growth strategies by monitoring market trends (new token listings, halving events) and conducting data analysis to identify new user acquisition opportunities
- Implement actionable operational strategies based on market intelligence and performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English as working language (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree or above with strong analytical skills and data sensitivity
- Minimum 2 years of user growth experience, preferably in digital currency exchange or securities investment industry
- Proficient in marketing theories, AARRR model, and user lifecycle management methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in user segmentation strategies and growth hacking techniques
- Familiarity with common data analysis methods and performance metrics
