Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design platform UI including websites, apps and other interfaces based on product requirements
• Participate in product feature planning and UX optimization to align UI design with product functionality
• Create intuitive interfaces tailored to Web3 users' habits and needs to enhance their experience
• Contribute to building the brand visual system and maintain consistency with company branding
• Develop and maintain design standards while promoting design system implementation
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and rapid iteration
• Handle operational visual content design requirements
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and coordinate resources effectively

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Web3 UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing interface design skills
• Understanding of Web3 user behaviors and needs
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Knowledge of front-end development principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain/crypto products
• Understanding of decentralized application design patterns
• Familiarity with Web3 design trends and best practices
• Ability to create design systems and component libraries
