Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Web3 UI designer to join our team. You will be responsible for product interface design, user experience optimization, and visual style innovation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the designed user experience meets both Web3 user needs and the latest design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design platform UI including websites, apps and other interfaces based on product requirements
- Participate in product feature planning and UX optimization to align UI design with product functionality
- Create intuitive interfaces tailored to Web3 users' habits and needs to enhance their experience
- Contribute to building the brand visual system and maintain consistency with company branding
- Develop and maintain design standards while promoting design system implementation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and rapid iteration
- Handle operational visual content design requirements
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and coordinate resources effectively
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Web3 UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing interface design skills
- Understanding of Web3 user behaviors and needs
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of front-end development principles
