Job Description
As a Mobile UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process of mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences for iOS and Android platforms, particularly in complex financial and Web3 scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, define information architecture, and create interaction designs for mobile applications
- Develop prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces for financial and Web3 products
- Design user experiences for digital asset display, transaction flows, authorization confirmations, and risk control notifications
- Transform complex technical concepts into simple, secure, and trustworthy user experiences
- Continuously iterate product design based on user research, data analysis, and feedback
- Deliver high-quality UI designs and maintain design systems
- Create reusable components to ensure cross-platform consistency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business and technical requirements into clear user flows
- Occasionally support secondary design tasks including website/landing pages, in-app illustrations, and marketing materials
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/product/UI design
- Proven track record of complete consumer mobile app projects (iOS/Android) - portfolio required
- Proficiency in Figma and other mainstream design tools
- Strong UX fundamentals and understanding of mobile design guidelines
- Ability to independently design complex processes from concept to launch
- Excellent communication and design presentation skills
- Experience with Web3/digital assets/wallets/DeFi/NFT product design preferred
- Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and account abstraction concepts
- Experience designing high-security, risk-controlled, and regulated products
- Attention to security, trust-building, and explainability in design details
- Strong aesthetic sense with ability to balance UX strategy and UI execution
- Self-motivated with ability to drive design quality in startup environments
