Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our WEB/H5 and APP products, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the interface and interaction design of the company's WEB/H5 and APP products
- Proactively identify and think about problems in product design, provide design solutions with high-quality product experience, and actively promote optimization
- Apply international product design standards based on the characteristics of the company's products
- Maintain high sensitivity to changes in product data and user satisfaction, able to flexibly measure the overall experience level of the product and propose improvement suggestions
- Continuously monitor and analyze overseas product design trends, study target user needs, experience demands and aesthetic tendencies, and quickly optimize existing products
Additional Responsibilities
The designer will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design consistency and implement best practices. They will also participate in user research activities and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile app design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to analyze user feedback and product metrics to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of international design trends and cultural differences in user behavior
