Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design product interfaces for web and mobile platforms, including interface styles, interaction processes, icons, and visual components
• Conduct thorough research to understand Web3 product forms and user requirements
• Create interactive interfaces that conform to encrypted user habits and expectations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and marketing to ensure efficient design implementation
• Participate in establishing and maintaining brand visual consistency across multiple platforms
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the Web3 space

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interface design and visual elements
• Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem and encrypted user behaviors
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user interfaces
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in blockchain or cryptocurrency-related projects
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
