Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team and take charge of talent acquisition and employee relations. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for key positions within the company, from job posting and resume screening to interview coordination and onboarding processes. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining recruitment channels, with a focus on expanding our talent pool in the Web3/technical fields.

Beyond recruitment, you will play an active role in employee relationship management, facilitating daily communications, conflict resolution, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include supporting performance evaluation processes, salary reviews, and promotion procedures. Furthermore, you will contribute to optimizing HR management processes and policies, covering areas such as onboarding/offboarding, attendance, contracts, and personnel records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for core positions
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and refine strategies
  • Develop and maintain recruitment channels, especially for Web3/technical talent
  • Handle employee relations including communication, conflict resolution, and satisfaction initiatives
  • Support performance evaluation, salary review, and promotion processes
  • Contribute to HR process optimization (onboarding/offboarding, attendance, contracts, etc.)
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with recruitment specialization preferred
  • Prior experience in Web3 industry, especially in project teams as HR, is highly valued
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, performance evaluation, and employee relations
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese with international communication skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stress management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Psychology, Management or related fields preferred
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work in cross-cultural team environments
