Your key responsibilities include independently developing test plans based on product requirements and designing complete test cases that cover normal workflows, edge cases, and exception scenarios. You will validate complex scenarios like repeated participation, duplicate reward claims, data latency issues, campaign time windows, rule modifications, and reward distribution anomalies (over-issuance or omissions).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional testing, API testing, smoke testing, regression testing, and necessary performance testing to ensure business process accuracy and data reliability
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance regression efficiency and test coverage
- Document defects clearly with reproduction steps and test results, collaborating with product, development, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues
- Prepare standardized test reports detailing findings, risks, and release recommendations
- Continuously optimize testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks
- Verify campaign-specific scenarios including time-sensitive operations, rule changes, and reward distribution mechanisms
- Ensure data consistency across user interfaces, backend systems, and database records
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of software testing experience with solid understanding of QA methodologies and defect management
- Proven experience testing centralized cryptocurrency exchange (CEX) platform campaigns
- Deep familiarity with CEX campaign components: missions, trading volume metrics, loyalty points, reward systems, leaderboards, and referral programs
- Ability to independently analyze requirements, create test strategies, and design comprehensive test cases
- Strong analytical skills for edge cases, exception scenarios, and data consistency validation
- Proficiency in functional, API, smoke, and regression testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like Postman, JMeter, pytest, or Robot Framework
- Automation scripting skills using Python, Shell, or equivalent languages
- Linux environment proficiency with log analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
- Understanding of copy trading, quantitative strategies, trading bots, or algorithmic trading products
- Experience testing high-concurrency CEX campaigns, reward distributions, or anti-cheating mechanisms
