Job Description
We are seeking a Growth-Oriented Backend Engineer (SEO Platform) to build scalable SEO and content growth infrastructure. This role focuses not on isolated SEO techniques but on engineering capabilities that support the long-term evolution of million-page systems, content platforms, multilingual solutions, and search growth frameworks. You will collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to transform search growth requirements into stable, automated, and reusable backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend platform capabilities for SEO/content growth
- Content publishing and distribution foundational services
- Page metadata generation logic (Meta/Canonical/hreflang etc.)
- Build scalable data and page architectures
- Support stable operation of large-scale URLs, pagination, and aggregated pages
- Ensure search engine crawlability and system performance
- Provide backend support for frontend rendering strategies
- Data structure design for SSR/SSG/ISR rendering modes
- Contribute to SEO growth platform development
- Automated tasks (page generation/updates/inspections)
- Tooling and service capability development
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Understand growth objectives with product/SEO/content teams
- Abstract business requirements into technical solutions
Job Requirements
- Experience with:
- Content platforms/CMS/media systems
- Large-scale page/data systems (100k+ units)
- Growth/traffic/SEO technical support
- Understanding of search engine fundamentals (non-expert level)
- Crawling/indexing/page quality mechanisms
- Preferred exposure to:
- OpenAI/LLM APIs
- Automation workflows (scheduled tasks/pipelines)
