Job Description
This position requires a highly skilled professional to lead product development in the blockchain/cryptocurrency domain. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with financial compliance knowledge to build secure and compliant wallet/account systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize cryptocurrency wallet systems and account management platforms
- Develop and implement KYC/KYT procedures and compliance frameworks
- Create detailed product documentation including PRDs, user flows and prototypes
- Coordinate with engineering, legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Research international compliance policies and adapt products accordingly
- Analyze complex blockchain payment systems and propose technical solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, FinTech or related fields
- 3+ years product experience in internet/fintech/blockchain industries
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems
- Strong product design capabilities with experience in wallet/account systems
- Knowledge of clearing/settlement processes and risk control compliance
- Excellent analytical skills to solve complex technical problems
- Outstanding cross-team communication and project management abilities
- Professional English proficiency for reading international compliance documents
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at crypto exchanges, wallet providers or compliance-focused fintech companies
- Familiarity with SFC, OFAC, MAS and other regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience designing KYC/KYT risk control models
- API integration experience with third-party compliance service providers
