We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle and driving business growth in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting our full range of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire sales cycle, including potential customer generation, sales, customer onboarding, after-sales training, and cross selling with new and old customers.
- Carry out business development and sales work in the Asia Pacific region, promote the company's full range of products.
- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the company at conferences in the region, supporting the company's brand building, promotion, and marketing efforts.
- Manage sales channels for potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer feedback and service/product gaps, continuously improve product functionality and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to manage multiple stages effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to develop and implement market-specific sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at regional conferences and events.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide constructive feedback for product and service improvements.
