Operation Associate (QC/QA)-Map team’s work to quality targets based on given set of OKRs or KPIs, while driving visible progress-Conduct quality assurance activities throughout the software development life cycle such as bug testing, regression testing, and bug ticketing management.-Design and perform manual and automation test cases in order to ensure product quality-Identify, record and track bugs and incidents, collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and solve them on both test and production environments-Guide and manage junior members to complete testing tasks-Improve processes that will enhance product quality by participating in research / advisory services, including capturing of organizational metrics and analysis-Convey messages between managers, stakeholders with the QA team in order to keep understanding aligned-Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
