Job Description
We are seeking a PMO (Project Management Office) professional to support the execution and advancement of projects related to growth, marketing, and operations teams. This role will focus on business project management, cross-team collaboration, and delivery tracking to ensure all projects are well-planned, have clear ownership, and are implemented on time with high quality. The PMO will work closely with growth, marketing, operations, product, and other support teams to drive project cadence, priority alignment, and result delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Collaboration
- Support the execution and advancement of growth, marketing, and operations-related projects
- Track progress of marketing campaigns, growth initiatives, and operational plans
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth project progression
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and responsible parties
- Identify execution risks and escalate feedback promptly
- Planning & Priority Support
- Assist in project planning and timeline development
- Support priority alignment based on business objectives
- Break down business goals into actionable projects and tasks
- Maintain visibility of ongoing and upcoming projects
- Tracking, Reporting & Communication
- Maintain project schedules and dashboards
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
- Facilitate internal communication and alignment meetings
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of project status and changes
- Process & Execution Optimization
- Support standardization of project management processes
- Help improve execution efficiency across business teams
- Assist in developing PMO templates and standard operating procedures
- Support post-project/activity reviews and retrospectives
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in PMO, project management, operations, or business coordination
- Experience collaborating with growth, marketing, or operations teams
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internet, fintech, crypto, or platform companies preferred
- Prior experience with marketing campaigns or growth projects is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or Lark
