Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of technical solutions for public chains, wallets, or related blockchain products, coordinating development, testing, and security team resources.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of blockchain underlying technologies (consensus mechanism, smart contracts, encryption algorithms, etc.), and quickly identify technical risks while promoting effective solutions.
• Coordinate with overseas technical teams or clients, showcasing strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to short-term business trips.
• Organize project requirements, develop comprehensive development plans, control milestone nodes, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and clearly articulate technical solutions while coordinating internal and external resources.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing blockchain or DEX projects, with a strong technical background in public chains, wallets, or related products.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and encryption algorithms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating technical risks.
• Ability to create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Experience in producing technical documentation and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for short-term business trips as required.
