Product Owner at Matrixport

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Matrixport APP user behaviors and usage paths to formulate UX enhancement strategies
• Lead end-to-end user growth initiatives including acquisition, activation, retention, conversion and reactivation
• Serve as primary cross-team leader to drive product solutions from planning to implementation
• Coordinate with design, engineering, QA and other departments to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Establish user feedback mechanisms and data-driven decision frameworks aligned with company objectives
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative UX solutions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of APP product management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience independently owning core modules or projects
• Preferred experience in FinTech, Crypto or Internet industries with successful UX projects
• Strong systematic UX methodology including interaction design, user research and A/B testing
• Excellent cross-department communication and project leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance resources in complex environments
• Results-oriented with strong logical thinking and documentation skills
