Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a User & Product Operations Specialist for US stocks and digital currency (spot, futures) trading products. This role focuses on driving user growth and engagement through lifecycle management and product-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute user and product operations for US stocks and digital currency trading products (spot/futures), focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion to enhance user activity and trading volume.
- Conduct data analysis and market/user research to establish core metrics. Perform in-depth interviews with professional traders to identify optimization opportunities in trading paths and propose actionable product improvements.
- Participate in product iteration by translating user needs into clear product logic. Design and implement user growth systems, trading incentives, and campaign strategies.
- Develop and execute trading campaigns leveraging core product features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, R&D) to optimize features and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to explore synergistic operations between US stocks and digital assets, providing insights for product innovation and competitive differentiation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields. Candidates from top-tier universities preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in internet/fintech/trading platform operations, strategic investment, or asset management. Experience in user growth, product operations, or trading campaign design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of US stock market rules (trading hours, order types, settlement) and digital currency trading (spot/futures/derivatives), with ability to identify product-operation synergies.
- Proficient in data analysis using SQL, Excel, or visualization tools to drive operational decisions.
- Experience building or optimizing incentive/membership/task systems from scratch. Ability to lead cross-functional projects with strong communication skills.
- Fluent English for reading financial materials and collaborating with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on trading/operations experience in digital assets/US stocks, especially with emerging assets. Prior experience in professional institutions (hedge funds, prop trading) or active personal trading (discretionary/quant) preferred.
- Background in top internet/fintech companies or crypto-native platforms with systematic thinking.
- Global work experience with cross-border collaboration capabilities.
