Job Description:
负责平台产品规划与迭代（任务托管、声誉系统、积分激励闭环）
梳理用户需求（项目方 / KOL / 媒体），转化为功能原型与产品文档
推动产品从 0 → 1 落地
跟踪 Web3 PRFi / SocialFi / DAO 行业趋势，持续优化产品设计
1. Lead product planning and iterations (task escrow, reputation system, incentive loop)
2. Collect and analyze user requirements (projects / KOLs / media) and translate into product specs
3. Drive product development from 0 to 1
4. Track Web3 PRFi / SocialFi / DAO industry trends and optimize product design
Job Requirements:
2–4 年互联网或 Web3 产品经验，独立负责过完整产品周期
熟悉 Web3 用户增长机制，链上交互逻辑
数据驱动思维，能用指标评估与优化产品
英文读写流利，有国际化视野
1. 2–4 years of internet or Web3 product experience, with ownership of full product cycles
2. Familiar with Web3 user growth models and on-chain interactions
3. Data-driven mindset, able to measure and optimize product performance
4. Proficient both in English / Chinese with international perspective, Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Benefits:
