Job Description:
AllWeb3 is building PRFi infrastructure — turning Web3 marketing performance into verifiable, on-chain proof assets. We're currently in Alpha, with Creator Portal and Project Portal live for early testing.
We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who can own frontend delivery for our core user flows (wallet connection, campaign discovery, task submission, status tracking) while thinking beyond pixels — someone who notices UX friction and product gaps, not just implements tickets.
You'll work closely with our PM and backend team in a small, fast-moving team where clear communication matters as much as code quality.

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of frontend development experience, React/Next.js/TypeScript as core stack
- Experience with Web3 wallet integration (Wagmi, Ethers.js, or similar)
- Comfortable working directly with product/PM to clarify vague requirements
- Strong sense of UX and user flow — able to flag friction points, not just build what's specified
- Experience with responsive design and production-grade frontend delivery
- Prior Web3/crypto product experience is a strong plus (Exchange, DeFi, wallet, or NFT platforms)
- Working proficiency in English — our team is distributed across time zones and English is our primary working language for meetings, docs, and daily communication
- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced startup environment
