Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of financial applications, including quantitative trading platforms, robo-advisors, and investment analysis tools. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and user needs to deliver innovative and user-friendly investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product planning, requirement analysis, and functional design of financial apps such as quantitative trading, robo advisors, and investment analysis tools
- Deeply understand the needs of financial users (such as traders and investors) to design efficient and easy-to-use investment tools and trading experiences
- Coordinate with development, design, and quantitative teams to drive product implementation while ensuring data accuracy and system stability
- Monitor key product metrics including transaction volume, user retention, and strategic returns to continuously optimize product experience and business value
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams to guide development teams
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and investment products
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with quantitative analysis and algorithmic trading is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA or FRM certification
- Experience with machine learning applications in finance
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services
- Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
