We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our rapidly growing CEX product team, primarily responsible for driving product data growth and optimizing user experience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data analysis, user behavior, and market trends, and be able to design and implement strategies to drive product growth and user engagement. Job responsibilities: • Responsible for data-driven product decision-making, identifying growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of user data, market trends, and competitor strategies. Design, implement, and optimize growth strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and engagement enhancement. Cross departmental collaboration, working closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of growth strategies. Regularly monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including user growth rate, active user count, and conversion rate, as well as adjust strategies based on data feedback. Identify user needs and market opportunities, and continuously improve user experience through product iteration. Manage product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of projects and achievement of expected goals.
