We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trading System Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing quantitative trading systems using Java, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantitative Trading System Development: Design, develop, and optimize quantitative trading systems using Java.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and optimize trading strategies to improve trading efficiency and returns.
- Data Analysis: Analyze market data to extract effective information to support trading decisions.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the stability and reliability of the trading system, and promptly resolve system issues.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Document Writing: Write and maintain development documents to ensure code readability and maintainability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and experience with quantitative trading systems.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and algorithmic trading.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with system optimization and performance tuning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
