Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Internal System Product Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning various internal system product functions to support our enterprise's business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan internal system product functions including but not limited to: user management system, order management system, data statistics system, financial system, content management system, and agent system
- Ensure all system designs meet the internal business operation needs of the enterprise
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple departments including research and development, design, and marketing teams
- Facilitate smooth progress of product development from conception to launch
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system product design or related role
- Strong understanding of enterprise business operations and workflows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with various management systems (user, order, data, financial, content)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
