Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to define the product strategy and build a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
 - Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and recommend innovative product ideas that address user pain points and competitive gaps.
 - Lead and manage the product team to execute the roadmap with precision, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and maintaining rigorous standards.
 - Work with other Product Managers to define product requirements and create detailed, world-class product specifications that reflect strategic priorities.
 - Partner with Product Designers to design user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and strategically aligned with business goals.
 - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of product features, coordinate resources, and resolve technical challenges during development.
 - Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
 - Prepare data-driven product usage forecasts, special reports, and analyses to provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.
 - Mentor and guide junior Product Managers through regular product reviews, feedback sessions, and knowledge-sharing to foster team growth and expertise.
