Community operations and market insights: 1 Keep up with the trends of Web3 and encrypted content, pay attention to market hotspots and community discussion topics, and keenly capture potential explosive points When market hotspots or trends emerge, timely synchronize to private domain communities, interact with fans, and convey information value Based on market trends, write a compelling live broadcast trailer to encourage fans to actively participate in the live broadcast When sharing live broadcast information, the title should have interesting or topic points to attract users to watch the live broadcast and help forward promotional live broadcast information Plan and execute community activities around anchors and core users to enhance user stickiness and activity Encourage fans in private domain groups to produce UGC content to increase the brand's natural exposure and popularity on various platforms Daily maintenance of private domain communities, answering user questions, collecting feedback, enhancing community participation, and promoting two-way linkage between content operation and user interaction Follow the live stream updates of the anchor every 2 hours to ensure understanding of the platform's content operation, activity planning, and user growth Based on platform operation nodes and user behavior data, plan growth activities with dissemination power to enhance the overall user base and activity of the platform Develop cold start content packages, participation tasks, and incentive mechanisms for new users to shorten the conversion path from registration to activity Collaborate with the market/product team to design a fission mechanism, combined with platform live streaming resources, to enhance content exposure and social communication efficiency Activate potential users and improve overall user engagement through platform level operational activities such as leaderboard incentives, live streaming challenges, etc. Data monitoring and strategy optimization 1 Review live streaming data (such as live streaming duration, frequency, content compliance, etc.) to ensure that KOLs fulfill platform live streaming requirements. 2. Continuously track the performance of data after slicing and publishing (such as views, interaction rates, conversion effects, etc.), and continuously optimize content format and quality based on feedback. 3 Continuously optimize content format, community communication techniques, and promotion pace based on data performance and market dynamics Analyze activity data, review effectiveness, optimize follow-up activity strategies, and promote dual improvement of user growth and retention Collaborate with BD/marketing teams to iterate strategies and enhance the popularity of live streaming rooms, platform content activity, and user conversion rates
