Job Description
We are looking for a Korean Operations Manager (Web3 Remote Work | Bilingual Korean/Chinese Preferred) to join our team. This role involves planning and executing events, managing content, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance community engagement and brand influence in the Korean crypto community.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Monitor trends and issues in the Korean crypto community to plan AMAs, live broadcasts, and other online events.
- Independently draft event proposals and oversee execution, coordinating design, development, and operational resources.
- Drive event participation and spread awareness within and outside the community to boost user interaction and brand impact.
- Analyze event performance and refine strategies to improve user acquisition and retention.
- Content Planning and Program Management:
- Stay attuned to Korean community trends and plan relevant AMA topics and live content.
- Host live/interview programs by coordinating with guests and project teams.
- Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization:
- Analyze event performance data and generate reports to refine strategies.
- Develop event strategies to enhance user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Community Management and User Engagement:
- Operate and activate the Korean-speaking community.
- Gather user feedback and derive insights to contribute to product improvements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work with BD and marketing teams to plan and execute live promotion strategies.
- Coordinate resources, amplify content, and drive strategies to enhance brand and user conversion.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean (bilingual Korean/Chinese preferred).
- Experience in event planning, community management, or content creation in the Web3/crypto space.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and improve strategies.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
