Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Event Operations Specialist to oversee the entire process of routine event planning, execution, and post-event analysis for our P2P business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving user engagement through well-organized events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage routine business event operations including strategy formulation, launch, maintenance, reward distribution, customer complaint resolution, and post-event reviews.
- Plan and schedule promotional activities for business events to maximize reach and participation.
- Prepare daily event data reports and conduct thorough analysis to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate relevant market event information to overseas business development teams to ensure alignment.
- Collect internal resources related to events and facilitate information sharing within the company.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of exchange P2P/C2C transactions and fiat currency deposits/withdrawals, with a strong willingness to learn more.
- Open to outstanding fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in internet user growth operations.
- Fluent in spoken English to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt.
