We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee and enhance the presence of our products (MM or Rangers) on international social platforms such as Discord and Telegram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering user engagement, managing community interactions, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate product communities on overseas social platforms like Discord and Telegram, ensuring high user engagement and activity levels.
- Monitor and understand user sentiments and feedback to maintain a positive reputation for the brand.
- Plan and execute engaging community activities to attract user attention and encourage organic sharing, thereby expanding the community's influence.
- Maintain community order, collect user feedback, and analyze data to identify core user needs and preferences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall community growth and management.
