Key Responsibilities

• Content creation for short videos and copywriting across multiple platforms
• Design and write compelling poster copy and Twitter content
• Develop and maintain community discourse strategies
• Manage and update various social media platforms including Twitter, YouTube, Medium, and TikTok
• Oversee the incubation and development of several ecological KOL accounts
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Engage with online communities to increase brand visibility
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in new media operations or social media management
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, Medium, TikTok)
• Understanding of KOL incubation and community building
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Strong analytical skills to measure content performance
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic graphic design skills for creating social media visuals
• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ecological or environmental sector
• Background in digital marketing or communications
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques
