We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Global Community Operations Specialist. This role is pivotal in driving user growth and fostering vibrant communities across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the X operation of the project and the global community operation of Telegram (TG) and Discord
- Drive user growth initiatives to expand our global user communities
- Develop strategic partnerships in different regions and countries
- Establish and maintain effective work connections with partners and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to optimize operations
- Create and implement community engagement strategies to enhance user experience
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align community operations with overall project goals
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community operations and user growth strategies
- Strong understanding of Telegram and Discord platform operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global community management
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships across different regions
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret community metrics
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
